When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within the United Kingdom.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Where is my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If you are unable to locate your tracking information, please contact our support team and we will assist you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards including Visa and MasterCard, as well as other secure payment methods such as PayPal.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address. If the order has already been dispatched, we may need to wait for the package to be returned before reshipping.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
